When my husband was getting his doctorate degree, he worked out at a university lab. There were several other guys that worked there with him. All of us were so poor, but it was fine with us because we all had hope for the future. However, there was one guy who shocked us all by purchasing a brand new Saab. It wasn’t even a Used Saab, it was brand new and so nice. It was also the equivalent of three years of this guys salary. We couldn’t believe that he would spend that much money on a car, but I guess that we are all different.
