Factors for auto insurance rates

Shopping for auto insurance is not easy. Rates change drastically between companies, and even within companies. There are so many factors insurance companies consider, age, type of car, color of car, driver history, and now even grades at school and taking driver education courses. There are some insurance companies that will compare their quoted rate for you, with other companies’ quoted rates for you so you can see if their company is best for you. It’s hard to believe a car insurance company would send you to another company because they can insure you for less, but it does happen.
