If you want to blog for money, you can — you can build an entire business around a single blog. However, the preparation you do before you create your blog will determine the blog’s success or its failure. Choose your blog topic carefully — are people spending money in the niche you’ve selected? If there are other blogs on that topic, and there is advertising on those blogs, then you can be sure that people are spending money in the niche. So, since other bloggers are already making money, you can too. Tip: in blogging, choose a competitive niche, because there’s money in those niches.
