No More Lost Customers After Consulting Quality Manual

I decided to apply for iso when I heard that it improves customer satisfaction and retention. My business had been having a lot of difficulty with customer satisfaction issues. I think that our operation was just too sloppy and haphazard, which of course, led to problems with customer complaints. Then, when we couldn’t get to the bottom of the problem fast enough for their liking, we would lose those customers that complained. We simply could not afford to lose any more customers. After consulting the quality manual to understand a little more about how it worked, I am very pleased I did it.
