They Didn’t Have Title

By admin | August 25, 2009

When my brother first bought his home, it was tied up into a trust. It was a really good deal at the time, but the titles were all held in the trust, so it was hard to really have the flexibility most homeowners do. They recently dissolved the trust and reverted all the titles back to the individual owners. This made it possible for them to take out a homeowner loan. They were able to make some improvements and are going to put the house up for sale. In the meantime, they’ll be moving and building a new home with the remaining equity. They were glad that it has worked out this way.
