Acai Research Easy in Brazil

Where there are plenty of acai berries, it is easy to do acai research. In Brazil, for example, the acai berry can be found easily, in some areas in large quantities.
Some people grow the acai palm trees in their back yards and can harvest them for food themselves. Others buy from acai berry harvesters wholesale and then juice them for sale.
It is easy and cheap to obtain the acai berries in Brazil. However, if your lab is far from areas where the acai palm trees grow, it can be hard to transport them fresh for use in research studies.
