Addictive Inhaler?

I have an addictive personality and recently I just came through a stint in a local rehabilitation clinic. For the most part I have been able to kick my unhealthy habits but I did come out of the clinic with one thing I did not have before I went in. Somehow now that I am clean, I am now susceptible to asthma attacks. The doctor in the clinic subscribed to me an inhaler but now I am concerned that it may have addictive qualities to it. Is there such a thing as a person getting addicted to an inhaler and is there another way I can control these attacks?
