Auto crime and bait cars.

Well, here I am watching a video about a crack user getting busted in a bait car. This is a car that was set up to be stolen. It was designed to have it’s engine disabled when a theif steals the car and police are chasing him.
They say that car thieves are not that smart and are afraid of police dogs. I think that anyone who smokes crack may not be that smart. I don’t know. I think that using drugs is indeed a big problem. Going to jail is not a good idea under any circumstances. But I guess that is the problem. No money, no drugs.
