Anything you do everyday makes your fat go away. It might take time but as long as you are active you will burn fat fast. Eating,cooking,dieting,running,flying,traveling ,watching televisions ,washing , playing with your kids, sleeping, laughing, anything with action will burn your fat faster. Thinking and writing burns your fat too. What else you can think to burn your fat fast? Add it up and start doing it and you will note that you are indeed active and that your daily physical activities burns fat.
