It’s impossible to have a six pack if you’re carrying a keg

It’s the old joke, people say I’ve got a six pack, and someone who is chubby will say they’ve got a keg. The fact is it’s not healthy to have access fat on your stomach, not to mention un attractive. The first step to getting rid of that keg and turning it into a 6 pack is to lose abdominal fat. We’re not talking about any hard core workouts, or crash diets. Just some simple lifestyle changes that will cut back on your empty calories like snack foods, and high sugar foods, plus adding in a daily dose of some cardio activity. This will help you get on the road to being fit, and losing those pounds on your belly.
