Losing the Christmas bulge with an exercise training program

Over the Christmas period I ate a little more than I would like. My stomach is bulging a little and making my jeans a little tight for comfort. I have decided that its time to get some discipline and start a regular exercise training program. I can easily lose weight if I use a little discipline to stick to my routine and don’t max out on junk food. I have started to look into my options my reading up on exercise resources on the net. This is a great way to find new ideas for routines that can be performed in the gym or in the local park. I prefer to mix up my activities so that I don’t get bored and lose interest.
