The thirty day detox, designed by Jay Robb is based on vegetables & fruits, that is mainly the fiber content. It helps cure the weakness, bloating, post binge guilt, etc. It also helps in burning the extra fat. On the first day of this detox diet you need to take protein shakes that are free from sugar. Have them after every 2 hours. You need to take lean fish or chicken along with the green leafy salad. On the second & third day you may take fresh fruits’ servings every 2 hours. The dinner remains the same for the rest of the 2 days. You must stay away from exercises & stress for these three days.
