I Want a Labradoodle

My husband and I currently have a dog and a cat (and two little boys!), but our dog is getting older so we are starting to think about getting another puppy. We had heard that an older dog will actually help train a puppy so we don’t want to wait too much longer.
I had started researching different breeds of dogs to find out which ones are good with kids. I thought I had my heart set on a rare breed called a Nova Scotia Duck Toller. The only problem is that they cost a fortune. I think I have had a change of heart as I recently discovered Labradoodles. Labs and poodles are both supposed to be great with kids so I would think a Labradoodle would be as well.
