Longer Vacuum Cleaner Cords Mean More Convenience

One big advancement in vacuum cleaners has been the increased length of the power cords. While this may seem like it is no big deal, anybody who has had to clean an entire home will tell you otherwise. When you have several large rooms to clean, the longer the cord the better. Using a vacuum cleaner is enough work. You don’t want to add to your work by having to change outlets in every room. Many years ago this was the case as some vacuums were outfitted with cords as little as 10 feet. Now that homes have gotten bigger and people are always looking for quicker ways to accomplish chores, the increasing of the length of the cords is a logical step. Sure the industry has introduced many other helpful features that most people could not live without, but this addition is as important as any. Ease of use is high on the priority list of anybody who is in the market for a new vacuum.
