Looking For A Smaller Applicant Pool

I am looking for scholarships for minorities. I really need to find a scholarship in order to go to college, but there are so many people applying for most of the scholarships I have heard about that I am worried I don’t have much of a chance. I think if I apply for minority scholarships there will be fewer applicants (since only minorities can apply) and I will have a greater chance of getting a scholarship. I want to maximise my time spent filling out applications if at all possible. Does anyone know where I can find out about scholarships for minorities?
