Looking For Versatility? Get a Food Mixer!

There are some appliances that earn their way into your kitchen with extreme usefulness and versatility. To give up valuable kitchen counter space an appliance needs to be used daily and not just gathering dust. My food mixer is the appliance that more than earns it’s way onto my kitchen’s counter space. I used to think it would be helpful just for mixing cookie and cake batters and maybe making whipped cream with the wire whisk attachment that aerates. I now know that with all the optional attachments available, food mixers are the work horses of the kitchen with endless varieties of jobs they can tackle.
