Enamel Cuff-links

By admin | July 1, 2009

Enamel is used extensively these days in making various jewelries, such as the earrings or the cuff links. The good thing about enamel is that it can be made into various tones and colors. At the same time, it sticks well to the metal of the jewelry. The process of making an enamel stick to a metal is called thermal expansion. In the process, the enamel is heated (which will make it expand) and when it cools, it will attach itself to the metal. Using this process, designers have created many different types of enamel cuff-links and jewelries. These accessories are usually of very high quality and look nice on the wearer.
