Starting March 1st, all orders will be entered into UL Express. During February, you will need to send these orders through the mail to: Uppercase Living, PO Box 864, Springville UT 84663-0864. During February, remember to design all custom items in the UL Designer and print a copy. Staple the printed copy to the associated Customer Order Form. You will still need to include all custom item information on the order form itself.
Be sure to use the Tax Rate Lookup tool to determine the correct sales tax rate to charge on each Uppercase Living Open House order. You will simply enter the “Ship-to” (usually the Hostess’) postal code into the appropriate field. UL Express will give you the correct sales tax rate to charge. Don’t guess or assume that two Open Houses will have the same sales tax rate without checking UL Express.
