Absinthe quotes in history

It seems so many great creatives – writers, artists – have mentioned that magical drink absinthe at some point or other. The mystique surrounding it is fascinating and there are a number of online resources that list absinthe quotes and many that cover my literary hero, Hemmingway. Apparently he is associated with more than one absinthe quote. Hemmingway seemed to mention the drink often and spread mentions of it through some of his books, sometimes just for the sake of it. it helps to build the magic around that particular drink and I have to admit that part of the reason I like to drink it is its history and, to some extent, its myths.

No, because it was an unofficial release. It’s mentioned in the articles on the Red and Blue albums though….
