Getting out of Chexsystems Possible?

To be totally honest with you…
It’s very unlikely that you’ll ever be able to get out of Chexsysems (until the 5 years is completely up of course), unless you’re the victim of fraud and then you have a chance at fighting it. But even then you might have to hire an attorney that will cost you some big bucks.
The truth is that getting your name removed early from Chexsystems is pretty much close to impossible, BUT finding banks without chexsystems can be very easy and provide you a rock solid solution so that you don’t even have to worry about being stuck in Chexsystems in the first place. And usually these non Chex banks tend to be a notch better than those who do!
