Is It Easier To Get College Scholarships For Minorities?

There are so many scholarships out there, I am hoping that I can manage to get at least one. I am wondering how to prioritize which scholarships I should apply to. I want to make sure to apply to the scholarships that I have the most chances of winning. Is it usually easier to get college scholarships for minorities? I am thinking that since they are restricted there might be fewer people overall applying for them. However, I don’t know if this is really true or not, so I am trying to find out. I would think the most restrictive scholarships I could find that I qualify for would probably give me the most chance of getting a scholarship.
