My Mother’s Homemade Chocolate Cake

I always thought that no cake will ever taste better than my mother’s homemade chocolate cake but I came accross another one that comes pretty close. It is a dark chocolate sponge cake cut into three slices. These are then layered and every slice is covered with dark chocolate cream and fruit jam. The combination of the jam with the soft and moisty chocolate cream is divine. If you wish to lose weight, it’s best to stay away from this kind of desserts. Once you have tasted it, it’s difficult to stop eating these calorine bombs. I don’t even want to know how much calorine are in one piece of this cake.
