Eating Healthy is a Lifestyle Change

Most people struggling with weight problems resort to dieting for a temporary quick-fix solution, such as fitting into a certain dress for a given occasion, or looking good for a certain business program. They fail to see that the right eating habits will never work in the long run unless they become ingrained as a lifestyle change. 

Usually, any weight a person loses during a temporary change in eating habits will be gained back when he reverts to his old habits. As such a person needs to realize that developing healthy eating habits needs to be a lifestyle change in order to produce permanent results. 

You always need to commit to whatever you do, just like how judo trainees do when they train with their grappling dummy.
