And that thing is the courage and the patience to continue. You can find millions of people who will Save Energy for a short time after some campaigns etc. However, most of these people will stop saving energy due to lack of the will power. This is the single most thing that should be focused on. We need a lot of people with a lot of willpower to save the world and our future with it.
