Looking for the Best Web Hosting

I have recently had my hours at work cut back from 40 hours to 30 hours. I need to figure out a way to bring in some extra money. Our budget was pretty skimping even when I had a full paycheck. I have been doing a little bit of research online for ways to make money from home. I have decided to try building a few websites that I can use to promote different affiliate products. I know absolutely nothing about this and need to figure out what the best web hosting plan or company would be for somebody that has no experience. I know I need a company that provides a help desk that I can call for assistance if necessary.
