Visiting the Beautiful Languedoc

I really think that I need a vacation. I have been trying to think of where I want to go, and the first thing that came to mind was going to France. I have been there a few times, but there are some parts of the country that I still want to visit. One part that I know I want to visit Languedoc. It just seems like such a quiet and peaceful part of the country. I know thee are all kinds of fine dining experiences there, just like the rest of the country, and I know there are beaches, which make it all worthwhile.
